IFTKHAR ALI (CEO/Managing Director)
The CEO and Managing Director of ALIQAN Technologies is an MBA from prestigious IIM Calcutta and in addition to delivering technology and process enabled transformation for key clients, he is chartered with scaling incubated propositions in IT, Software Development, Analytics and Customer Experience Management, while working for companies like HCL Technologies, TATA Consultancy Limited and IMS Learning Resources, and has brought about terminal changes that increased qualitative productivity. He has provided effective Carry over Plans to companies for continuous quality check that accelerated business profits. Ali has more than 10 years of extensive experience in IT and Training/Education Sector. He has been dynamically involved in developing client base, identifying training needs and high end training programs, for organizations to deliver better performing workforce. Ali has served different verticals on important positions as Director Operations, Strategy Consultant and Business Analyst. He is a globe trotter with an energetic personality, who gets totally immersed in whatever he does.

Hamanta Borah (COO)
HK graduated from IIM Calcutta majoring in Strategy and Marketing and topped it off with Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt certifications from ASQ and ISI Bangalore.
He believes that having multiple perspectives is essential to solve a problem effectively. His career spans across industries and geographies and across different parts of the value chain – front end consulting to back end operations. He has developed the art to deploy problem solving methodologies in line with the culture and pace of the organization to drive maximum benefits, and then change the pace and culture of the organization by inspiring people and influencing them. His experience in analytics, digital and automation have ensured that business chains have performed at the best cost, speed and quality. Through customized deployment methodologies, he has industrialized not just the operational processes but also the process improvement processes. He has designed Customer Experience blueprints for top companies of the world, recruited their teams and led to successful execution. All his mentees today are successful practitioners.
On the personal front, he likes spending time in beautiful spaces. He pursues this passion for architecture and has successfully deployed it in residential, commercial as well as religious spaces. Born and bred in NE India, he is also extremely fond of rock music, and keeps his music playing everywhere.
TARAN (Consultant)
Taran is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur (class of 2002) and IIM Calcutta (class of 2007). Taran has worked with leading companies in the Management and IT consulting space and has acquired rich experience in the field of Business Solutions and IT Strategy and Development in various geographies of the world. Presently Taran is working on entrepreneurial venture in the field of IT and is a partner with ALIQAN Technologies. As a professional, Taran has been instrumental in creating operational and IT strategies for large organizations in the field of Healthcare, Oil and Gas and Retail. As an individual, Taran is an avid painter and has his own music band. When he is not doing any of the hobbies or work, he likes to play Golf.
